Perfectly pure in money dealings

Repeated HR studies by top HR Consultancies and leading Universities of the world has shown that remuneration is not among the top 3 criteria for candidates when deciding over a job. We however understand its importance and offer at least 20% more than a partner's expectations.

As mentioned earlier under "Values - Partner" we distribute upto 40% of each project value among the partners who have helped us to get and execute the project successfully. This amounts to a Partner taking 2.5 - 5 times more remuneration than their salary in certain months.

All payments are made once the payment is released by the client & NOT AT FINANCIAL YEAR END.

Environment is the most potent influencer on any individual. No wonder it is rated as the most important deciding factor (more important than Remuneration) considered by candidates in choosing the organisation they want to work for.

We understood this and relentlessly worked towards making & maintaining a happy environment that appealed to each & everyone of our working partners.

Few mundane things that we do

We maintain 5 day working week - Monday - Friday

Each working day is 6 hrs and not 8 hrs i.e work allocation for each day is done for 6 hrs only and not for 8 hrs. So every one gets 2 hrs of buffer period everyday.

NO MONEY RETENTION POLICY - EVERYTHING IS PAID UP UPFRONT

Banter is a must.
