We allocate upto 40 percent of a project value among each and every individual involved in the project. -- that is to say
- A Project Manager
- Tech Lead
- Executor
Lead commission is also given to the working partner responsible for all future business that come from their referrals or existing clients.
All revenue commissions are paid as soon as the payment is received from the client & not at end of financial quarter or financial year end. NO DELAYS EVER.
Any company policy from high to low level is always first discussed with everyone. Opinions & suggestions of each and everyone is weighted and only once a collective constructive consensus is achieved, a policy is approved & implemented. If for some reason a collective consensus is not reached then the matter is either VETOED or put of HOLD.

In case of any misrepresentation a warning is given to alter the partner of their behaviour - Second time Appropriate action is taken.
There are no secrets in our organisation. Pricing of each and every project is shared with everyone in the company. Everyone has admin level access to sites like 99designs, Upwork (which enables them to see the price & payments done for projects). The accounting of a project i.e the project amount, the payment release dates, the % of revenue allocated -- everything is shared with each and everyone in our Organisation.
