CLIENTS - WHY US
We Know All Your Pain Points
Outsourcing projects remotely comes with its unique set of challenges.By understanding the nuances of remote outsourcing, we’ve identified the common pitfalls that businesses encounter.
The Project Manager provided simply lacks the competence to manage projects. This is because he is not really a project manager but a coder or a marketing person who is projected as a Project Manager
The Project Manager may be fluent in English but is not a thorough /meticulous communicator. Nor does he have the experience to understand the Business Logic of Diverse Industry (so is unable to create any Clarity).
This happens primarilarly because of wrong understanding of the brief & zero ownership. Inspite of repeated project briefings & 'we understand we understand' reassurances --the outputs that you repeatedly get are always incorrect.
In crisis scenarios partner maintains intermittent communication but is actually absconding. Finally you find that because of the above mentioned lapses the project is on war footing and your partner is AWAL - Absconding
No Explanation needed 😃😃😃
The double checking of the job specs from the client's side is not taken. After a job/sprint has been marked as complete, it is found there are errors and it takes multiple to & fros to complete the job
We Know The Solution To Your Pain Points
We’ve developed practical solutions that directly address the concerns you face in outsourcing..The right approach transforms these pain points into opportunities for seamless collaboration and success.
The Project Manager is a thorough /meticulous communicator. He will conduct as many meetings as required (depending on the complexity of the project) with the client & the Technology Lead in our organisation to create clarity about the project. He will simply NOT proceed (he will simply not hang up till he gets approval about his understanding of the business logic from the partner) without clear understanding of the business logic.
The PM maintains immaculate communication with the client at all times. Multiple open lines of communication from the day project is initiated are available. The PM is always available during the client's working hrs for communication. The PM organises weekly calls with clients and updates them on the project’s status from time to time. Communication happens normally through Skype, Slack, Video Calls - depending on the client's preference
Once Clarity Creation has been done through one on one discussion, A Validation Document is prepared.
WHAT IS A VALIDATION DOCUMENT?
- “No better way for creating 100% communication clarity” OR A TRANSPARENT & SCIENTIFIC WAY OF detailing the project deliverables
The document freezes the scope of the project by defining the project deliverables.
It breaks down the project deliverables into tasks & sub tasks, defining in detail the behaviour of all elements of the design/User interface. Against each sub task execution timelines are committed, there by providing a transparent & detailed time estimation. This automatically leads to a transparent cost estimation
Thus, this document ,creates PROJECT DETAILS CLARITY, BUDGET TRANSPARENCY AND EXECUTION SEQUENCE/TIMELINE CLARITY.
Below is a validation document of a recent project we have developed.

A similar VALIDATION DOCUMENT will be created for your project once all the page designs have been done.
The PM schedules a call with the client to explain the validation sheet in detail. This is done to the double check with the client about the scope & deliverables. A Green signal is taken to start the project.
All task are added by the PM in our internal TMS as per the validation. The tech lead assigns all task to the executor on a weekly basis. Proper monitoring and checks are done every day at regular intervals (at least twice a day) by the PM to make sure that the day’s work is done as per the execution plan.
On the completion of each task a 3-layer checking is done.
First level of checking is done by the executor. Second Level of checking is done by the Tech Lead and final checking is done by the Project Manager.
Checks are done for coding standards, task correctness & UI/UX checking .This ensures that the work provided is correct first time as per the validation & is delivered on the agreed timelines.
At the end of each work day progress updates are shared with the client by the PM. The updates inform them about the % of task executed. All completed work is uploaded on a dev environment for the client to review & provide feedback. ( All project task & updates related communication are done through PMS like Asana, Trello, Bugherd or similar. The client usually creates an account for us on their PMS).
The PM interacts with the client to get the feedback on the progress updates that have been provided. All feedbacks/revision tasks are allocated in the same process as mentioned above. These feedback are executed within the committed deadline as "Buffer Time" is always mentioned in the Validation document & provisions for this are made during work allocation accordingly.
On 100% approval from the client a Project/Task is marked complete & closed.
All handover of files are done either by
- Our team Uploading it on the client's live environment OR
- By sending all files & database to the client
- Uploading it on version control software like Github, Gitlab or Similar
How Much
When outsourcing projects, the promise of a fixed cost often feels too good to be true. Our approach brings transparency and ensures that the price you agree to is the price you pay, with no hidden costs or surprises.
Since there is never any clarity created about the scope of a project, the project deliverables always remain undefined. So there are always additional/hidden costs to the agreed fixed cost.
To solve this we discovered the most Transparent & Scientific process of determining Project Costs - The Validation Process
WHAT IS THE VALIDATION PROCESS?
The Validation process first involves creating clarity about the project scope, then documenting, defining, double checking & finally confirming with the client about the project scope & its deliverables. To achieve all this A Validation Document is prepared

Project Management
Project management goes far beyond just speaking the same language. English fluency, automatically doesn’t guarantee good communication, transparency, or effective execution. Successful project management requires much more
Most problems that occur in the execution of a project are due to poor Communication, Transparency & Execution Management (inept Project management) ……….…. NOT poor coding. The following comparison will illustrate why you will not face any Project Management issues with us.
IN MOST CASES - The Project Manager is not really a project manager but a coder or a bidding/marketing person who is projected as a Project Manager. Hence the do not have the key skills qualities & qualifications of a Project Manager.
IN OUR CASE - The Project Manager has the following uncompromisable qualities & qualifications
- A thorough /meticulous communicator
- A minimum of 7-8 yrs of Industry experience
- Aleast 4 years of proper project management practise
- Well versed in the use of Client-side project management tools like Jira, Trello, Visual Studio etc
IN MOST CASES the Project Manager may be fluent in English but is not a thorough / meticulous communicator. Nor does he have the experience to understand the Business Logic of Diverse Industries. So no clarity is created regarding the project scope & hence the project deliverables are always undefined.
IN OUR CASE - Because of the above mentioned uncompromisable qualities of meticulous communicator & Industry experience, our Project Manager knows that Clarity Creation is the most important aspect in a project journey. So the PM will simply NOT proceed (he will simply not hang up till he gets approval about his understanding of the business logic from the partner) without clear understanding of the business logic.
IN MOST CASES - There is no Concept of Validation 🙁
IN OUR CASE - The project Manager prepares A Validation Document. The document freezes the scope of the project by defining the project deliverables. Against the deliverables time lines are committed
In Most Cases - Since there is no Validation process, hence there are no double checks done with the client about the scope & deliverables of a project. NO APPROVALS ARE TAKEN
IN OUR CASE - The project Manager connects with the client & explains the entire Validation sheet. By doing so the scope of the project is double checked and approvals are taken from the client.
In Most Cases - The concept of managing task through a Task Management Software is never heard off. There is no project progress tracking and hence there is a prolonged silence about the project progress. Instead it is a very common practice for client's to do repeated follow ups ask for updates
IN OUR CASE - The project manager manages the progress of the tasks & Sub-Tasks (outlined in the Validation Document) on our proprietary software. Thus, maintaining an hourly account of progress of actual coding of the project. At the end of each working day the Validation sheet is updated with the % of progress done. We are hoping to share this information on our proprietary software live with our clients – in the near future
IN MOST CASES after a job has been marked as complete & update sent to a client , it is found there are errors, and it takes multiple to & fros to fix these errors and get any job.
IN OUR CASE - Always Correct First Time & On Time. Getting it right the first time is one our Key KPIs (Key Performance Index) for our Project Manager. We are meticulous in our checking.
- Our 3-Layer Checking process leaves no room for any Error/Incorrectness & delays. Checks are done for coding standards, task correctness & UI/UX.
- 1st Level check done by - The Executor.
- 2nd Level check done by – The Technology Lead
- Final Check done by - The Project Manager
IN MOST CASES the project manager will hide behind half-truths and just lies.
IN OUR CASE Honesty & Integrity are an uncompromisable value set. If a project manager is found lying to partner his services are terminated. The project manager is very clear on this. Because of this value he does not make any false commitments to partners and accepts short comings on his part, if they arise
English Proficiency
Our Speaking, Reading, and Writing abilities are exactly how they should be—clear, precise, and effective for seamless communication.
To be eligible as a PM one of the primary requisite is to take an international standardized test of English language proficiency for non-native English language speakers. A minimum rating of Advanced/Expert level is required. Achieving this validates a PM's proficiency in English - Speaking, Reading & Writing.
Overlapping Time Zone
With over a decade of managing projects across time zones, Working in different time zones is second nature to us.
No matter which continent our client is from , its part of our client handling protocol to overlap 2-3 of our hours with that of the client's working hours. This is done to check and validate the details of the tasks that need to be executed.
This ensures that no execution time/day is lost due to the different time zones
